Can ya dig it?

Four days of sewing, and I'm finally done with my messenger bag! It took a lot of work (especially since it's 100% hand-sewed), but I'm glad I made it. It came out to be pretty cool and it's my first attempt at a bag.

I like a lot of pockets so I put six in this, including one big zipper one on the inside. I pretty much made the whole thing up as I went :P I had looked at as many tutorials and bags as I could, I just went off of what I had learned. It may not be the best, but I love it incredibly.

I've also got some cool news. I was surprised with a sewing machine a few days ago as an early birthday gift. It's my first, so I'm having a little trouble getting the hang of it. It keeps tangling up on me. No one else in the house has much experience with one, so for now I'm out of luck. But it's okay. I'll hopefully figure out the problem eventually.
