shirt questions

craftgrrlhey guys, quick questions! i want to make captions/sayings on my shirts,
but I'm quite inexperienced. Do you have suggestions on what
material to use? cloth/paint/etc? I need as many ideas because
i am so clueless ^_^. I know what I want to put on them, i just
don't know what to use!
Also, does anyone know of a paint that will sort of puff up
when you paint it on a shirt?
