Jul. 30th, 2007 09:50 pmDudes. I humbly request the fruits of your craft-pertise.
I've taken on the role of arts and craft director at a summer camp, and I've only got three weeks to plan and shop for it. I've done this before, but I'd LOVE to have some activities that would rock those kids' frigging socks off, know what I'm sayin'? The campers are girls and boys between 7 and 12. I've got about 70 kids, and I'll see them each 3-4 times, for about an hour each session. My budget is about 400-500 bucks, so the activities can't be terribly expensive. We also have a theme of "At the Movies" for our big end-of-camp soiree, so I could (but don't have to) do activities around that theme.
Any suggestions, passing thoughts, ideas, or inklings would be much appreciated!
