Sewing machine question

I Feel dumb and at a loss. I put a new bobbin in my machine and now it gets all bunched up on the back side. Does anyone know what could be wrong? I didn't touch the tention, just the bobbin wineding  (for the life I can't spell this stupid word) parts.  Thanks!
