DIY necklace display bust?

craftgrrlI remember seeing a tutorial here a while back for making one's own dress form, but I'm wondering (on a semi-related note) if anyone has ideas for creating a DIY necklace display bust (that is to say, something like this), and/or something on which to display bracelets.
I thought about trying to sew one and stuff it, but I'm not sure how well that would work. Anyone got a better idea?
