Question

I was wondering if anybody in this community knew where I could find some hair elastics made out of cotton like fabric that don't have anything on them that I could use to make my own hair bobbles. I have been having a hard time finding them. I looked on ebay, etsy, and have even googled it, and have had no luck whatsoever.

Any help would be appreciated.
