craftgrrl | Painting w/stencils advice needed (Reply)

This is kind of a home improvement/crafty question. I am attempting my first project with stencils. I want to use them as a border on the wall in the bedroom, and I am a little intimidated by the whole process. I have a stencil brush and I have an idea on the dab-dab technique to use, but I have lots of other questions! I only bought one copy of the stencil I want to use. Should I get more than one so I can do one and leave it to dry a bit before moving the stencil to the next spot? Is it easier to tape the stencil to the wall or just hold it in place with my other hand? Should I keep my brush relatively loaded with paint or on the dry side? Any tips would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
