Today my mom popped by Bou Clair while taking me home from school so I went in and bought a bunch o'supplies for making my very first purse/bag.
It involves black rope-like trim for the handles(I think it's supposed to be used to tie back curtains) and buttons and some cream fabric with black flowers and if it turns out I think it will look really cute.
I have my fingers crossed that I can do this, especially since I don't own a sewing machine.

edit: oh and a note to Harry Potter fans, I saw an HP pillow at Bou Clair with the crests of gryphondor, slytherin etc on them so I'm assuming they must carry the fabric like that there as well, I was in a hurry or else I might have looked for it because two of my cousins are HP crazy.

I bought these cherry pattern napkins the other day for 5 dollars on clearance (for a pack of 4 napkins) and I finished the embroidery on one last night, so 3 more to go. I want to give them away as x-mas presents but I don't know who to give them to!
