hi and thank you to everyone who was nice enough to offer to be not nice at all and yell at me to finish my afghan ;) i'm sorry i haven't taken the time to reply to you individually (because i was being good and crocheting and not procrastinating online) but i'm looking forward to doing so soon, but in the meantime i have another update and it is not a happy one :(



i got this far, AND NOW I HAVE TO RIP THE WHOLE THING OUT AND START OVER! tantrum tantrum! back to square one... i did all this while watching trainspotting, i guess i have to go pick another movie...

i just realized i didn't explain why i have to start over; it's the same stupid thing i ALWAYS do, i made it TOO HUGE. i *thought* i'd matched the length to another blanket i have that's the perfect size, but when i compared them, i went and made this one like 18 INCHES longer and i have no idea how it happened, but i can't keep going at that size, it'll take forever!
