Alrighty, I'm retarded- I didn't realize that the URL didn't change when I was searching for this pattern.  Stupid Joann!

So whatever, under the cut you will find the actual pattern.

STITCH EXPLANATION:

sc2tog (sc dec) Insert hook into st and draw up a loop. Insert hook into next st and draw up a loop. Yarn over, draw through all 3 loops on hook.

MITTENS

With MC, ch 25 (31). Sc in 2nd ch from hook and in each ch across – 24 (30) sts. Ch 1, turn. Work 1 (2) more row(s) sc. Ch 1, sc in first 11 (14) sc, (2 sc in next sc) twice, sc in remaining 11 (14) sc; turn – 26 (32) sts. Ch 1, sc in first 11 (14) sc, (2 sc in next sc, sc in next 2 sc, 2 sc in next sc), sc in remaining 11 (14) sc; turn – 28 (34) sts. Ch 1, sc in first 11 (14) sc, (2 sc in next sc, sc in next 4 sc, 2 sc in next sc), sc in remaining 11 (14) sc; turn – 30 (36) sts. Ch 1, sc in first 11 (14) sc, (2 sc in next sc, sc in next 6 sc, 2 sc in next sc), sc in remaining 11 (14) sc; turn – 32 (38) sts. Ch 1, sc in first 14 sc, (2 sc in next sc, sc in next 8 sc, 2 sc in next sc), sc in remaining 14 sc; turn – 40 sts. CUFF

FINISHING

Sew thumb seam. Sew side seam. Turn cuff inwards at halfway point and sew down. Weave in ends.
