air dry clay and plastic transfers

I was wondering if you could recommend an air drying clay with a minum shrinkage rate. I want to sculpt an object around an existing wall clock but I don't want the shape to break apart when it dries. I also hate sculpy.

Do you know how to transfer color photos to plexi glass?
