my old tote bag was getting dirty so i decided to decorate a new one with one of my current obsessions:








i stenciled on the narwhals and text ("unicorn of the sea," oh what magical creatures they are) using freezer paper and acrylic paint, then hand-sewed the heart pocket onto the bag. unfortunately i don't have an iron at school (i ironed on the freezer paper at home) so the pocket is a little bit wrinkled but i think it adds some character. i paid four dollars for the bag and the rest of the materials i already have. i love creating things that i will actually use!
