for christmas I'm getting my boyfriend a iPod, but it may not be here in time for Christmas (mainly because I'm poor) so I want to give him something to open on Christmas. I got him a really cute ornament a snowman made of marshmellows (he's a smore!) paying an acoustic guitar, some other stupid stuff, and I want to get him some guitar picks! I found a really cool one that lights up..it's sweet, and I found some PotC ones...

ANYWAY TO THE QUESTION CHATTY CATHY

ahem, yes. so I want to get some plain guitar picks and customize them. I was thinking maybe a paint marker? I'm not sure if it would stick on the pick though. I like the shell looking ones and it says some are made of nylon?? I don't play guitar..so I have no clue hahaha. I also am going to make him a little box to put them in and paint it with "pick me!" on it...I'm so lame :)

edit: oh oh also i kind of wanted to make a hemp guitar strap for him (bought lots of hemp on sale at work..ohhh working at a craft store) and I was wondering if anyone knew if i could get the end part of guitar straps the pastic part I guess? seperate? or should I by a cheap strap and cut it?
