Coupon Book?

craftgrrlAfter looking through the memories and such, and not really finding what I'm looking for I was hoping that you lovely ladies could possibly help me.
With Christmas approaching soon, I've been shopping and such for my wonderful boyfriend. I remember once while at Spencer's Gifts we found a "sexual coupon book" that he expressed interest in (surprise, eh?). Well, I hate how generic they are, and I was hoping to make one for his birthday (a week after Christmas) that was personal for us.
