crafting supplies in turkey

I'm going to visit Turkey soon & would like to know about where to get craft supplies. I enjoy crochet & bookbinding especially but am also interested in jewellery making/knitting/working with recycled materials/other crafty things. So I guess I'm looking for yarn/craft stores & flea markets.

Also, could you estimate the cost if possible? I'm not sure where I'll be going but definitely to Istanbul & the Grand/Spice Bazaar.
