Silversmithing, dremmel advice

 Hey all. I used to work with silver alot when I was in highschool and now I am looking to get set up at home. If any of you silversmith, I was wondering what you use for polishing? I have a dremmel, and was curious if any of you do, what attachments do you use, from getting out deep grooves to bringing the piece to a high luster. I also have a bench grinder if anyone has experience with those. thanks a  ton!
