Dec. 7th, 2007 05:55 pmMerry first week of December!
Made some more new plushies, plus a scarf I wove in my weaving 1 class, plus some santas dressed up as trendy kids!
Some little monsters!
I have a new love for faux fur. It's so easy to use & it hides all the messy stitches. :D

Copernicus

Fugee (pronounced like fudgey without the d)
& I just love this little guy.
I made him for a gallery, I really really don't want to give him up though.

Thinking of naming him Ralph, like Ralphie from the Christmas story, 'cause they dressed him in that ultra cute bunny costume from his aunt or whoever, hahah.

& I made these O RLY? YA RLY. owls for me & my friends to laugh about.

These were so fun to make.
One of my friends just left me have about 100 pieces of this 4 x 6 really nice matte photo paper, & I just went nuts drawing Santas dressed up as random things all over them.

& then i picked my 10 favorites, & colored them in!

Alternative Santa. The background is actually neon yellow, but my scanner wouldn't pick up on that for some reason.

Britney Spears Santa.

Chill Santa.

Hipster Santa.

Panda Santa.

Pretty Lady Santa

Sketchy Santa

Tough Santa

Trendy Hoodie Santa

Harry Potter Santa
I think I'm gonna use them as Christmas postcard type things to send to my extended family & things, haha.
I scanned them in before i colored them, too so I might make them into little mini coloring books, also.
& a scarf for my mom

I wove it on a loom in my weaving 1 class. It's about 70 inches long, plus about 5 inches on each end for the fringe. I used chenille, mmm, so it's so light & soft!

Me modeling it, haha.
Oh, & I thought my fellow crafty ladies/gents would like to see this.
I recently found some pictures of a toy show I was in, & I thought it was so exciting to see them all hanging up together in a gallery!

Not only that, but on that site I also saw that all but one of my plushies sold within the first 3 days! I started hyperventilating in excitement when I saw that, hahah

This is the reworked wall after the stuff sold. There's little Milton Mittens, keepin' it real.
