Meet Emmeline !

I made Emmeline for christmas for a dear friend:

And I´m attaching a card saying:

Dear [friend], meet Emmeline.
Her birthday is the 28th of june and every year she gets her mother to make her new hairbows and a big cake in the shape of a penguin (because penguins are the coolest of all animals claims the Cool Girls at School). And every year no one ever shows up and she is given no presents. So Emmeline has to eat her penguin-cake all by her self. But if you points this out to her she´ll tell you that at least she has her pretty, pink hairbow.

Since the two of you share birthday I give her to you, I know you´ll give her lots of love.

Oh and for scale, her head is a little bigger than my fist.

I saw someone creating dolls and attaching a sad history to them a while ago and I loved the idea. I can´t remember who or where but all credit goes to them for the little story!

I´m quite proud of her. What do you think?
