Dec. 9th, 2007 08:50 pmokay, so i'm working on some christmas gifts, but i have a few questions about what kind of clay to use.
i want to make someone an incense burner. the long flat kind... typically wood. like this one...

but grateful dead themed. i was thinking of making one of the bears to hold the stick, a little like this, but just one.

i was thinking clay would be best, but i have no idea what kind or how to go about it. or if it would really be sturdy enough. thoughts?
and so its not just a question, here's some birthday cakes i made recently.
last minute i decided to make my friend a surprise tea party birthday cause she was having a tough day. i procrastinated way toomuch and had to quick throw it together after some cake complication lol

cake

spread

chocolate!
and a rangers cake. we had so many plans for this one! but of course ran out of time. so we stuck to the trusty polkda dots! lol

=)
