Okay, so one [well, a few, but I'm concerned about this particular one] of my friends & I have a ridiculous obsession with Shakira. I owe her the orange skirt that she wears in the Hips Don't Lie video. I was wondering if any of you thought it would be more successful to do it in tiers of a circular flounce or just to gather it at the top of each layer instead. I think it would make the most sense to start from the longest/bottom layer & just add the extra to it? I don't know haha. I've got a bright orange costume satin I'm using, if that helps in any of your inputs.
