Hello! I've been a

craftgrrl member off and on for quite awhile, and you folks are super inspirational I have to say. Since I finally have some super snazzy photos, I felt like it was high time I introduced myself (again?). Some of you may remember Sweet Anthem from its early years as a zine distro, but most of you probably don't know me. I am Meredith and I make non-alcoholic perfume oil blends and, occasionally, other scented bath goods for the most part. I've been a "nose" for over a year now, and have just recently started moonlighting as a seller. It's been a really, really interesting hobbie and I'm always so pleased and surprised to see what people say when I tell them I make perfume - it doesn't seem to be a very widespread craft! (I also do some screenpressing - with my Gocco, which is such a wonderful machine - and book/zinemaking when inspiration strikes).

Does anybody else here make perfume or scented bath goods? I'd really love to connect with other perfumers/bath product gals out there, since I still consider myself a noob. I have a profile (and the beginnings of a blog) on IndiePublic, also (though it's less personal), if anybody is interested in adding me there!
