Happy New Year!

So today I have nothing but time and some Christmas money and I'm dying to buy some new fabrics for my business online. I generally buy fabric off Etsy and local small shops, but today I'd like to branch out.

My problem? I like to buy quarter yards and most places I'm looking only sell half yards and yards. Any suggestions of online fabric shops that carry brands like Moda, Alexander Henry, Japanese Zakka fabrics that allow you to buy in quarters/fat quarters?

I have purchased from Purlsoho.com before, but thats the extent of my online fabric-ing. I REALLY like them, but my last order was sort of a disaster, so I think I'd like to try another source.

Second question.

When I buy fabric, I wash it to preshrink it. I usually wash all of my fabric at once and it tends to unravel on the edges and cling together in a tangled thread mess in the wash, is there a way to avoid this? Can I cut along the edges with pinking shears first? Any tips to make pre-shrinking fabric a little less tangled?

Thank you!!! :)
