A gift for a friend - she's 23 though, not 3 as you might expect from how (accidentally) girly I went with it!



I embroidered the eyes as I couldn't find buttons that looked right - also, it's easier to embroider eyes on than sewing buttons on when the toy's stuffed nice and fat!



I love these wee buttons :o)



How cute is the dress pattern?

I love Hillary Lang's designs. This is the first toy I've machine-sewn rather than hand-sewn - much quicker this way but less control as I'm not hugely experienced with my machine yet. Practice makes perfect!
