craftgrrlI really want to make myself a mini top hat, much like the ones sold on this site (which are lovely, but very over-priced, in my opinion).
I don't have much sewing experience, so was wondering if there's a method of making one of these with just tape/glue, card and fabric. I can't find much online. Any ideas?
