PVC/oilcloth
Feb. 9th, 2008 10:47 pmI was in John Lewis (for those of you outside of the UK, it's an upmarket department store) today and found a wonderful selection of super-cute PVC fabric (sometimes known as oilcloth) with very cute dinosaur, fairy, etc. designs.
I'd love to buy some but I can't think what I'd make with it! It's fairly stiff so would make a good tote bag or even a little zip purse, but there must be more uses for it out there...
Can anyone post pictures of how they've used this kind of material before, or even share ideas? Links to patterns online would also be appreciated.
Thanks in advance for any inspiration anyone can share!
