craftgrrl | Another "virginity" lost

Yesterday was so great. I went to my first-ever Stitch & Bitch, and it was a total fun time! I forgot the pattern for the filet crochet piece I've been working on, and it seems the place I got it from has moved all their designs to pay-only, so I couldn't replace it. So instead, I started work on the bag I've been wanting to make, and managed to make a rectangle, about 8" x 15". The goal is to get to 36" x 15", then fold it in thirds to make the bag, like someone here did a few weeks ago. Sorry about not having any pics, but I've got no camera at the moment.

One thing I can say about the Stitch & Bitch, it's addictive! I can't wait for the next one. That stuff's worse than crack, yo.
