I really like the color combination of labradorite and peridot.

Isn't it neat the way the same labradorite beads appear so much more blue when paired with kyanite instead of peridot? These earrings are also about 2/3 the size of the peridot pair, which is a better size for me personally.

I love these earrings! The stones are tourmaline and rainbow obsidian. The metal is sterling silver. These started off as an improvised project and I'm so happy with the way they turned out. My husband says they remind him of the ocean getting darker the deeper you go.

I found these laser-cut wood discs at a local bead store and fell in love. They go perfectly with my favorite white moonstone briolettes. The metal here is a combination of sterling and niobium (which they say is more rare than gold. I just like that it's totally hypoallergenic).

I put this "lucid dream" necklace together from the fine silver "dream" pendant I crafted along with two fine silver charms from the Karen Hill Tribe. The cord is leather with a sterling clasp.

I finally figured out what to do with my HUGE blue sapphire ball and sterling spiral bead cap! All the stones in this piece are genuine sapphire...except the tiny little moonstone tag at the end of the extender chain.

These are much more fancy than what I normally make, but when I wear them they don't look too prissy. Gold vermeil (hooks) is a thick layer of 24k gold over sterling silver. The gold beads are 24k Indian wax-centered beads. The stone is golden rutilated quartz.
Following are some pieces that, a day or so later, I'm not too thrilled with. What do you think?

Not sure I like these Chrysocolla leaves with the jasper balls on top. Are they too simpleand boring, or is it me?

I think that I should replace the "disco balls" at the bottom (which were sold to me as stone but I suspect they are glass) with clear quartz briolettes. The citrine rondells give the fakeness of the balls away, methinks. Otherwise, I love the concept of these earrings.

I like the garnets here, and the idea of the sunstone drops, but the faceted shapes of these stones forced the center line of the peace sign to stick out (which I think looks kinda wonky). Should I make these again (which would be wasting sterling wire) or should I just leave them be?
Thanks!
