Ok, the windchime was just getting to me.  I decided to go ahead and make another birdfeeder/candleholder so I have 1 for each of my partners for this swap.  This is the finished one.  It is the first of this design I tried so there is alwarys room for improvement of the prototype, but I'm so much happier with it overall than the chime.  The second one is still wet with paint, so I may not get it posted until morning, but here is one of the feeders/candle.
