Mar. 8th, 2008 01:46 pmIn my baby mania I had to finish this quilt from a friend who had her baby in July.
Oops, my bad. But it is partially her fault for keeping his name a secret until after he was born. :)

I blotted out part of his name and birthday, because I'm a little neurotic.
this is the back side

** Edit Note**: The pattern is from Aunt Martha's Hot Iron-on Transfers. I found these at SprawlMart, oh sorry Walmart. **
I don't tend to be real exacting when it comes to much in my life, so quilting may seem like an odd passion, but I really enjoy it. this is my second finished quilt. at some point I'll post my first quilt.
I have an embroidery sewing machine with about a billion different stitches and I was playing with quilting with some of them on this quilt. some worked better than others, and I now have a better understanding about how my machine works (my step mom gave me a pfaff creative 7570, but I'm generally to afraid to really get into it :| )
Thanks for checking it out and any suggestions are always welcome.
