craftgrrl | rainbowwww cheesecake!

Baking is crafty right?! Well I got this recipe off of the craftster.org forums. It's the rainbow cheesecake!!! It came out amazing, I was really nervous because a) I've never made a cheesecake before and b) this is my first time straying away from boxed mixes!! I wanted to make my mom some kind of cake for her birthday, and this seemed fitting.

Annnd it was a hit!!! It was actually very easy to make! I'll def make it again. I will bake the brownie longer though. I was scared it would burn while baking for the 2nd time with the cheesecake on top but it was sill gooey inside (I got no complaints though, ha!). I used all neon food coloring and it came out so pretty!!

I also made a keylime pie that same day! I had a craving after I spotted a bottle of key lime juice hahaha (yeahh totally 8 months pregnant! hahaha cravings galore). And that was also delicious and very easy to make!!
