Problems with Pattern (knit)

I'm making the Knitty Jackyll and Hide balaclava for my little brother and can't figure out one part of the pattern:

Row 7 of the eyeholes says “Row 7 WS: P1, m1, p to last st, m1, p1.” What does “m” mean? The standard abbreviations list says “meter” which makes no sense.
