Day 14 and 15 of 365
Apr. 28th, 2008 12:01 amHey all! This is
demoi_pourvous, the girl who aims to do at least one craft a day. I finally took another member's (I forgot who, but whoever you were, thank you!) suggestion and made a separate journal for this "mission" of mine :D This will be my craft diary if you will and the other will be turned into, well, just a plain personal diary.
Please add me if you feel like it. This journal is a little lonely ;D I'll slowly be moving all my of my posts to this journal.
Anyway, on to the
Watched "The Other Boleyn Girl" the other day. I love, love, loved the headpieces (they looked like little cathedrals perched on heads) and the necklaces. Will try to make some sort of jewelry to emulate those headpieces soon but as for the necklaces, this is what I came up with. I didn't have enough beads to make one strand longer, but I think it came out alright.

At first, this was a two strand necklace with one strand being the lace and cord and the other being the beaded part. But then I put it on and found it too scratchy for my liking so this is what became of it after being modified. Comfort is a must for me and thankfully enough I didn't sacrifice much in terms of how the necklace looks.

It's been raining all day so I'm blue, blue, blue. :P Dark colors aren't my forte so if the colors on this necklace are a little off to you, you know why.

Raindrops keep falling...from my ears?! Hmm...that didn't sound right.
