So after I made the lampshade I decided that I would like to make a base. The idea is to take different shades of paint similar to the shade and put each one into a clear base, shake up the base so it has swirled colors of light blue, yellow, and dark blue. I would then like to decoupage the same stars used on the shade onto the base. My question is, can I buy a base already drilled with holes for the wiring or is it more than likely that I would have to do that myself? Because if I have to do it myself I don't see it happening. Thanks for any help.
