Okay, first off, thank you again to everyone who replied about the couch problem. I'm sure we're going to deal with it this week, so I'll let you know what we did & what happened.

More importantly! I decided I needed to make my desktop Charlie the Tuna lamp even tackier, so I covered the shade with this terribly obnoxious lace I found in my stash.

I'm seriously in love.

I'm also in love with this wonderfully terrible painting I got at the thrift store today. I know I didn't paint it, but it is someone's own oil painting work, & I really feel like I have to share this with you ahaha.

It's a little more yellow in that picture than it is in real life, but you get the idea. Her name is Marcella, & yes, those are three llamas behind her robust self. Best seven bucks I've spent in a long time. Tacky new apartment, here I come!
