5" charm swap
Apr. 8th, 2003 08:05 amI tried to sign up for a charm swap yesterday. I was really excited about it. And then I learned that she wasn't taking any more participants. So I decided to see if anyone was interested in starting a swap. It would be a simple thing to do.
Each month there would be a theme. You get 1/2 yard of fabric that you would fit into that theme. Wash it. Dry it. Press it. And cut it into 24 5 inch squares. Mail them to me with a self adressed stamped envelope (or an envelope and enough cash to cover the postage) by the 15th of the month. By the end of the month I will mail 24 different squares back to you. It would be an ongoing thing. You'd only have to participate during the months you wanted to. If you sent nothing in that month, you wouldn't receive a package. And if you send in 2 or 3 sets of squares, you would receive 2 or 3 back.
That's the general idea. Please let me know if anyone is interested.
