embossing

I was wondering if anyone out there does their own embossing?
I'm pretty new to it... basically just using my heat tool to melt the powder thats on top of the stamp.
I was wondering if anyone had a website with any good tips for embossing
OR
if you have any embossing tips of your own.

Below is the stamp that I'll be embossing.
