Wholesale help, please!

I need some help regarding setting wholesale prices for my (jewelry) items. In my experience shops can add from 200 to 350 % to my original price when selling the items in their shops (I live in Sweden, so this accounts for mostly Swedish and the occasional European shop). I find it hard to set a price that will both make it worthwhile for me and make it sellable in a store. Any suggestions, rules of thumb, experiences you´ve had?
