well, i need a little help. for a really long time i've wanted to make a polka dotted purse but i've never been able to find polka dotted fabric. well my birthday was last tuesday and i got a great polka-dotted gift bag. does anyone have any advice for using this paper somehow to make a purse? like maybe a plastic purse, using the little plastic sleeves and putting the gift bag paper in there? i don't know how i would put it together? any suggestions? thanks!
