Happy Halloween waaayyy early
Aug. 26th, 2008 04:58 pmI have been stuck home with a bum knee and have been in a real Halloween mood and signed up for several Halloween swaps at swap-bot and decided to get an early start on making a few things for the season. Below are pictures of some of my stuff.
Starting from the top is a square little papermache box that I painted a really cool purple with copper paint and added a vintage looking piece to the top.
on a purple ribbon is a print of a little witch girl painting that I did on a wood disk, the other side which i forgot to show is a Halloween mermaid with dolphin.
next is a paper mache ornament that I decorated with a werewolf vintage looking piece and painted a background (I really like this fella)I have another picture of the other side
at the bottom left is a pendant of a skull and crossbones that I did on a silver painted wood disk with paper punch cutouts (one side has glitter over the top and the other is just a satin finish
This is my favorite I made a clay face and my boyfriend made the body out of felt and cotton batting and I made his pendant. I love love love this little doll and it was alot of fun to work with my boyfriend on a piece!
A happy Devil pendant, there is nothing evil about him. Made out of clay
a bat ornament made out of clay
Cute and very sparkly witch ornament (can you tell I like these vintage looking pieces :) the other side is shown in a separate picture
