liquid latex
Sep. 26th, 2008 11:33 pmI was going to ask a special effects makeup community, but there aren't many members there. I thought someone here would know.
I have these little tubes of liquid latex from Halloween makeup kits. There are so many allergy warnings that I've never bothered using them.
Does anyone know if it's strictly an adhesive? I need to create the look of hanging skin, and I was wondering if liquid latex would harden into little usable latex-y strips if I spread it on a surface and left it to dry. Does it dry? Or does it just stay sticky?
I know I could open one and try it out, but I only have a couple and don't want to waste them.
