craftgrrl | Help on a McCall pattern?

Sorry in advance for the text-only post... will try to post crafts later X3;

Does anyone have experience in making this top? I kind of want to make it and I realize it's out of order, so I was thinking about buying it online somewhere. However I have a deadline of making it (October 18) so I was wondering if it's really difficult? Like is it like a day's worth of work, or more than that? Also was wondering if there's a place to buy out of order patterns, since I was just thinking of getting it from there or on E-bay if it's cheaper, or if there are similar patterns to this that maybe aren't out of order, I could use those.
