craftgrrl | What to Make out of a Pair of Earrings?

Bought a pair of earrings, my ears aren't pierced

I bought a necklace that came with a nice pair of earrings. Unfortunately, clip ons made my earlobes ache, and I can't wear them. So what do I do with these?

I've been thinking about turning them into some type of a hair clip, by taking off the piece for the earring and then buying a glue gun and gluing them onto the hair clip. But then my hair has never taken to a clip.

I could also glue them onto some type of a pin, to compliment the necklace, although the necklace is quite chunky and if wearing them as a pin might be a bit too much

Does anyone else have any ideas?
