craftgrrl | Some projects I have finished. And yes I finally have pictures to show and a question 4 ya'll.

I got the hair brained idea to organize all my moms embroidry floss for a christmas present that didn't cost a lot, since I spent tons of money on charity gifts this year, when I shouldn't have, and I am 3 k in debt and seriously need to climb out before spending more money. Let me tell you, damn what a challange it is. She has bucket and buckets and some of it's pretty tangled fortunatly most isn't. At first I was going for some kind of fancy way to organize the flosses, but quickly gave up and just stuck similar colors in diffrent gallon zip lock bags. Then for another Christmas present I am buying her some clear plastic drawers, since she said she wanted some and I will present her thr drawers with the newly organized embroidery floss in the drawers and ready to go.

I'm also personalizing baby blankets, and I discovered this fun little stitch, and I am wondering if it's actually a stitch or did I just kind of make it up.

If it is a stitch what's it called?

Here's a leash I sewed some buttons on, it was really fun, but I just wish nylon leashes wbere not so expensive. I'd like to sell these and at 10 bucks a leash there's NO profit.

We're buying my nieces a sewing machine, correction we already bought it, and this is a cu te messenger bag I bought them both a piece to put their sewing things in.

I also made them a little needle holder from felt, with a blanket stitch all around for decoration, and I took sticky velcro tabs and sewn them in as fasteners to open and close.

I will also be making some little diamong shape book marks. also out of felt and also with a blanket stitch and a loop handle.
