all rolled and tied shut. its for keeping track of all my new brushes for my oil paintings. needing like 20 different brushes, all in more than one size is slightly... frustrating. my dad just keeps his in a box completely unorganized, but grandfather had a kit similar to this that my grandma made.

unrolled and flap down. it has 24 pockets in two rows, which can hold 3 tiny brushes, 2 small brushes, or 1 medium brush each. (i'm gonna make a matching one for the biggest brushes, once i buy some)

top flap flipped back, and the tiny amount of brushes i have pocketed away. each pocket has the style of brush and size written on it with a pertinent marker.

my mom now wants me to make her one for her crochet hooks.
