craftgrrl | Leaping Dolphin with Cresent Moon Mask

I have been meaning to do more masks (they take so much time that it is hard to work them into everything) but found some time to do this one. Mask is made out of hand cast paper and hand painted with acrylic paints with a leaping dolphin and crescent moon. The hair is made out of lots of different colors of yarn, copper wire, beads, shells, pearls and ribbon. I have a green ribbon attached for hanging and I took some more copper wire and made a holder inside the mask and put in a battery operated tea light that you can turn on which makes the mask light up from the inside and flicker like flame (it looks really cool lit up and in a dark Room! Iso want to so more masks with the candle light inside, this one was my first and I love the effect!
