craftgrrlX-mas present for the sister-in-law who has two black cats.
I had found something very very similar to this on etsy when I was doing my Christmas shopping, except they had both the front and the back of the kitty on one pillow. The front on one side, and the back on the other, and they used a pom-pom instead of a button.
They were also charging $40 a piece, and I just couldn't afford that, so I decided to make it myself.
She has two black cats, who are her babies, and so this just seemed so fitting.
Not to mention her black couch and orange walls.
(Do you see a Halloween theme happening here?)
It's not perfect, but hey, it was my first time ever attempting applique, and she loved so that's all that really matters, right?
