Mending Chiffon fabric?

Hiya, sorry this question isn't super crafty but I thought maybe someone here might be able to help. I bought a nice vintage dress with light fluffy layers of chiffon (tulle) recently. However, there is a small tear in the fabric. It is so light that I'm not sure how to mend it. I heard there was a type of glue that you can use on this kind of fabric. Does anyone know the best way to go about fixing it?
