What would you consider a "Manly" craft?
I am a crafter, work with others that makes things to sell to handmade fans. There seems to be a lack of what you would categorize as "manly". I feel we are leaving the dudes out but I am at a loss to what a guy would actually want to buy that would be handmade. Maybe this would be a lady buying a manly item for their guy so it would be a good "boyfriend" gift.
This question was brought to me by a co-worker (male) If you were a guy, what do you want to buy that is handmade? Any clues? Suggestions? Something you would like to see at a craft fair instead of all the scarfs and jewelry?
My ideas so far:
Wallets (the typical)
Bike related (shirts?)
Mustache related (mugs, glasses, pins?)
Also on a side note. I found this awesome blog that might give me some insight. http://artofmanliness.com/
what craft item have you made for a guy as a gift?
and now discuss!
