craftgrrlA small painting I am trying to decide if I should scrap or not...
EDIT: I am worried about it as I had to free hand the octo. I'm used to sketching the
idea out then painting it in.
This shows the detail in the background. There is a gloss on the purple (hence the super shine).
The red is pretty much the right shade and is textured to contrast against the smooth background.
The purple is a mixture of the two shown below. I find it almost impossible to photograph paintings
and get the colour right!
