A recent costume

Since I went to another convention recently, I decided to go ahead and make something new.

The first is entirely new. I decided on this about a week before the con, and put it together in about 2 days. It went together far too easily, even when ruffling, I didn't snap a single thread. Modified a pattern to get the shape of the top, but the sleeves and skirt are freehanded.



I couldn't believe how hard it was to find navy blue tights. And how quickly I found that orange fabric.

This one is an outfit I had posted here before, but, there's one major addition - the staff I'm carrying. It's not entirely accurate, but it got a lot of attention, so I'm happy enough with it for now, until I start to fix it up, if I ever do.
